The editorial board of the collection of scientific papers:
- supports the current progressive level of requirements for selection and publication of scientific articles. These rules are defined by standards of quality of scientific papers, industry profile of the collection and scientific directions taken in the national and international scientific community;
- provides the quality of published materials, compliance with copyright and related rights, condemns plagiarism;
- supports the international standards of transparency of reviewing, making double "blind" reviewing of manuscripts;
- is guided by the requirements of Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) and Berlin Declaration Open Access to Knowledge in the Sciences and Humanities.
