A mean of stabilization of the blanket tension in the printing process

The influence of rheological properties on the blanket as the character of pressure disturbance on the width of strip of contact in the printing-presses of flat litho and formation of the LED wave and its deformation is considered. The results of experimental researches of the changes of thickness of offset plate on the circle of cylinder in dynamic terms on the special laboratory stand are presented and analyzed. The construction of device is offered for creation and providing the printing blanket tension in the printing process at permanent level. The method of calculation of torsion tightening of printing blanket is defined.
