We have constructed a model device for the research of influence of dynamic loading applied to flexographic photopolymer printing plates ( FPPP ) on the character of their soaking in solvents. It has been found out that FPPP soaking increases under the application of external pressure which corresponds to Le Chatelier`s equilibrium principle for physical-chemical processes.
