RESPONSIBILITY AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE EDITORIAL BOARD
Chief Editor of the journal of scientific papers "Printing and Publishing", together with a Deputy Editor and Executive Secretary coordinate the work of the editorial board and reviewers, and are guided by the following documents in the process of their work organization:
Decisions on Acceptance of Articles
The editors of the journal of scientific papers "Printing and Publishing" provide a fair assessment of the submitted articles review. It should help in preventing conflicts between the authors, the editorial board members and reviewers. The editorial board doesn’t reject the studies, in which the negative results have been shown.
The editorial board of journal of scientific papers "Printing and Publishing" reserves the right to accept the article for publication, or to reject the publication. At the time of the decision concerning acceptance or rejection of the article the editorial board is guided by the principles and provisions of the approved procedures for the review and publication of manuscripts and publication ethics, and malpractice in connection with publications.
Privacy Policy
The editorial board does not disclose the information regarding the acceptance or rejection of the article, as well as personal data of the authors to anyone, except the author (s), collaborator (s), and reviewers.
Conflicts of Interests
The editorial board of the scientific journal adheres to the principles and provisions of the approved procedures for the review and publication of manuscripts and publication ethics and malpractice in connection with publications.
Members of the editorial board do not participate in decision-making regarding the articles in which they have a conflict of interests, for example if they work or have worked in the same institution and collaborated with the authors, if they own shares in a particular company, or if they have a personal relationship with the authors. The editorial board of the journal of scientific papers "Printing and Publishing" has a defined process for handling such articles, and a separate procedure for processing articles, which have had editors or editorial board members to ensure unbiased and independent handling of such articles. This process is defined by the provisions of the approved procedures for the review and publication of manuscripts and publication ethics and malpractice in connection with publications.
Unethical Behavior
Any person may inform and provide necessary information to the editorial board about unethical behaviour or any kind of misconduct by authors, reviewers, members of editorial board or publishers etc., at any time and in any convenient manner. This provided information is the basis for the beginning of the investigation. Features of the Investigation Process
the chief editor provides the information on the meeting of the editorial board about the complaint, or letter. The decision about the beginning of the investigation process on unethical behaviour is being approved by the editorial board;
one first need to obtain explanations from the authors or other persons who are suspected of unethical behaviour;
it is possible to contact the place of work of the applicable person due to the lack of sufficient information from the accused person;
during the investigation any evidences should be considered as strictly confidential and available only to those who are investigating;
those responsible for unethical behavior have the opportunity to give answers and explanations;
after investigation it should be classified either minor or serious.
If the violations have been identified, it is possible to apply the next measures:
1. Oral explanation to authors/reviewers or other persons according to the problems related to misunderstanding or misuse of ethical standards, rules of research papers etc.
2. Letter to authors/reviewers or other persons with explanations, warnings and advice.
3. Official information of the Head of the relevant institution or organization.
4. Note in the journal about the duplicated publications, plagiarism or other unfair practice.
5. Detailed editorial article concerning the unfair practices of scientific publications.
6. Failure to accept the materials from responsible for the unfair publications persons or institutions within the specified time.
7. The official withdrawal of already published articles from the journal.
Plagiarism Policy
As to plagiarism, the Editorial Board of the scientific journal is based on the principles and provisions of the approved procedures for the review and publication of manuscripts and publication ethics, and malpractice in connection with publications.
The authors should ensure the accuracy of the data in the manuscripts submitted to the editorial board. If there are some own data in the manuscripts, published previously, or scientific results of other scientists, the corresponding link in the list of references should be given.
All manuscripts are carefully checked for plagiarism using licensed software and for all participants in the drafting process at all stages of the manuscript review.
During the examination of cases in connection with possible copyright violations (plagiarism) the editorial board uses the patterns of behavior that have been developed by the Committee on publications ethics (COPE) https://publicationethics.org/appeals.
You have to pay attention to the fact that in some cases plagiarism can violate the copyright law co cruelly that it provides for criminal liability.
In cases of plagiarism detection responsibility is being laid on the authors, who provided the materials.
The editorial board of the journal of scientific papers "Printing and Publishing" retains an archive of documents associated with the violations of ethical publications principles.
In case of detection of plagiarism in an already published article, it will be withdrawn in accordance with the procedure described in the Retraction guidelines section.
Withdrawal Guidelines

A withdrawal procedure is performed in cases of copyright infringement, plagiarism, multiple publications, falsified authorship, the falsification and fraudulent use of research results and other significant misconduct.
In the case of the procedure of the article withdrawal:
- the information regarding this case will be published in the next issue of the scientific journal in electronic and printed version;
- in the electronic version the notes concerning the article withdrawal will be connected with the link to the original article;
in the electronic version of the original article there will be a link to an article about the opinion, where it will be clearly indicated that the article has been withdrawn;
the original article is being retracted unchanged, except for information on the PDF-document, where at each page it will be pointed out that the article has been withdrawn.
In an extreme case, if the article violates the legal rights of others, there is or may be subject of judicial proceedings, or materials given therein can cause serious health risks, the article can be removed. In these circumstances, the metadata (title and authors) will be retained and the text will be replaced by a screen, indicating that the article was removed for legal reasons.
Replacement of the article.
In cases where the materials contain serious health risks, at the request of the authors, it will be possible to remove damaged original document and replace it with the corrected version. In this case, the link to the corrected article will be given, and a description of the history of the document will be provided.
Communication with Readers
Readers should be informed about who has funded the research or any other scientific work, and about the role of sponsors in research and publication of results, and what their role was.
Independence of decision-making from the commercial and financial proposals
The Editorial board makes a decision only on the basis of the scientific merit of the paper, and it takes responsibility for those decisions.
Communications with Media
In case the media journalists are interested in aspects of research, the publication of scientific articles, publishing of the journal of scientific papers "Printing and Publishing", the Editorial board promotes maximum provision of objective information and reviews for balanced exposure.
THEAUTHOR'SRESPONSIBILITY
The editorial board of the journal of scientific papers "Printing and Publishing" according to the authors` obligations and responsibility adheres to the principles and provisions of the approved procedures for the review and publication of manuscripts and publication ethics and malpractice in connection with publications, as well as international recommendations and documents.
Authors guarantee that their manuscript is their original work, that it was not previously published and not being considered for publication in other journals. A parallel presentation of the same article in another journal is void, and the manuscript will automatically remove from consideration by the Editorial board of the journal of scientific papers "Printing and Publishing".
The authors guarantee that the manuscript has not been published and will be not published elsewhere, except for the journal of scientific papers "Printing and Publishing", or any other language without the consent of the Editorial board.
Each author guarantees that the manuscript submitted to the collection of scientific papers "Printing and Publishing" written with the ethical standards. The authors claim that the article contains no unfounded or unlawful statements and does not infringe the rights of third parties. The publisher and the Editorial board of journal of scientific papers "Printing and Publishing" do not bear legal liability in case of claims concerning financial, material or any other form of compensation.
Reporting on the Accuracy of the Information
The authors present the results of their research in the article have to provide them in accordance with the requirements of the guidelines in a strict sequence. The article needs to contain a description of the main study and necessary additional data and references to other works that have been used to conduct the study. The presence of false or inaccurate data is unacceptable and is regarded as a violation of the ethics of publication. In the manuscript of the article, it is necessary to list all the sources and methods used by the authors during data collection and analysis, in particular the different ways their preliminary electronic processing. If data analysis methods are highly specialized and not widespread, it is necessary to describe them and specify the necessary references. The authors responsible for the content of the manuscript and should make sure they have permission of all parties involved in the publication of data.
Authorship

Authors must ensure that only persons who have made a significant contribution to the manuscript, listed as an author. All co-authors must be indicated before submission of the manuscript. The corresponding author should ensure that the article presents all co-authors , that all co-authors have read and agreed to the final version of the paper and agreed to its publication. All authors are responsible for the contents of this publication. If the research has involved specialists in these publications, it is recommended to specify the contribution of each individual author. All other persons whose contribution is indirect should be noted in the "Acknowledgments" section at the end of the article.
Confirmation of Scientific Sources
Authors must indicate the publication (quote), the data of which have been used during the research and writing of scientific articles. Authors wishing to submit figures, tables, or other materials that have already been published in other publications, must obtain the permission from the copyright owner. The nformation obtained in private conversation or correspondence with third parties, while viewing the manuscripts, applications for participation in the project and similar materials should not be used without the written consent of the information source.
Conflict of Interests
Conflicts of interests can be personal, commercial, political, academic or financial. Authors should disclose in the manuscript any conflict of interests that may affect the presented results or their interpretation.
Errors in Published Works
If the author discovers a significant error or inaccuracy in their published work, he should notify the editor or the responsible secretary of the collection to search for an appropriate solution to resolve this problem (the second edition of the collection or the publication of corrections in the other issue of journal of scientific papers "Printing and Publishing"). The author must cooperate with the editorial board in the process of revocation or correction of the article.
