Accompanying visualization of academic achievements at designing of media means of the social communications

In the presented research, the ways of implementation of the provisions of the National Doctrine of Education Development regarding the modernization and enhancement of the level of educational services provided have been considered. The peculiarities of the development of a management paradigm, based on subject-object interaction of profiled participants in the educational process and computing equipment, have been traced.

Requirements to the organization of educational space for the centralized ma­na­gement of process of obtaining of speciality in auditorium conditions have been con­di­tio­ned, criteria and tools of procedural add-ons for the analysis of successfulness training have been formulated, which made it possible to carry out the research on common software modules of learning documentation keeping for widespread educational plat­forms. Necessity of designing the original analytical apparatus for monitoring academic achievements has been substantiated and certain categories of information resources of the client-server software environment of the computerized learning system КОНАС have been localized, which are suitable for automated modelling of training documentation as an commercial-blank product in accordance with approved samples for higher education establishment.

The functional capabilities and characteristics of a set of common structures have been analysed for storing text, tables and graphic data and basic system mechanisms for their processing; the composition and assignment of individual components have been determined respectively to the localized categories of information resources and conceptual model of program interface of service agent of training documentation has been constructed on the basis of the developed algorithm of forming of the student's successfulness table in the DBMS of the institution.

The academic database has been refined and expanded, which provides flexible pos­sibilities for evaluating the results of students' knowledge, presents the means for monitoring academic achievements and generating the accompanying training do­cu­ments. Examples of screen forms, generated statistics and standardized fixed content print-frame of typical educational information are given, which are obtained in the web interface of the projected service e)I(YPH for monitoring student achievement in academic groups.
