The classification of factors influencing the process of tactile products design has been done. The multilevel model of factors distributed on levels with bigger or smaller domination and the identified set of relations between them has been designed by the method of analytic hierarchy. The priority has been set and the reliability of the level of impact factors of the design of tactile products has been established. The numeric values of impact factors influencing the tactile product development process for the blind have been defined, enabling making informed decisions regarding the parameters of the product development based on Braille typefaces.
