The article considers an attempt of the Hiding Information’s definition and common view on its Retrieval Methods in documents. Among others, special attention is granted to the Hidden Information’s place in Official Document’s requisites. Possibilities with this type of Information Retrieval have been analyzed. The role of Hiding Information in a Complete Communication for addressee has been emphasized. A Common Algorithm of the Information’s gaining from an Official Document has been followed.

The main method of the research is an Analysis. The Official Document in whole is divided on requisites in part. The Synthetic method has made it possible to formulate common principles. Also Inductive and Deductive methods have been applied. Other methods are described as the Object of this article’s Research.

Every Document has Narrative and Hiding Information. The last is gained by Inside and Outside analysis of the Official Document. In the Inside analysis Requisites are very important – they have much more then Narrative Information. The Outside analysis may be more informative, but is dependent from many objective and subjective non-document factors. Every Researcher must remember both sides in the Method’s choice.

Even the meaning of Hiding Information is not elaborated in the Ukrainian scientific literature. Here Author presents some approaches to this question. Methods for the Hiding Information’s retrieval are not something new – they are well-known in a Science, but were not explored by this way. Especially the role of Requisites like sources of Hiding Information has been emphasized. Most novel in the research are formulations of a Whole Information with components like a Previous Information, a Narrative Information and an Added Information. These Formulas are independent-made by Author.

The article can be the base for next researches in Information Sciences. This is the part in the theme of Informative Retrieval’s problems. Also it can be used like the material for lectures, seminars etc. But Author hopes that his formulations and advices may be used by Information Workers.
