Research of book pages replacement in collecting composition

The article deals with the problem of asymmetricplacement of strip assembly on the book pages block with different weight, which are based on the selected books from «Atlas» factory and used for the following completing match.The measurement of the radicular and top fields of book pages has been done, where their difference confirms the positioning inaccuracy of strip assembly. The size changing of the fields are given in statistical tables, under which the dependence of size fieldson the position of book pages has been made. Considering the theoretical data which were selected for fields researching (according to standards), the offset size, that is reflected in summary graphs, has been defined.The proposed researchallows to consider the singled options, which determine the conditions of the correct placement of the strips on book pages. It provides the process quality of the design ofinstallation descents of book editions.
