Synthesis of models of factors primary impact on quality of software design process for mobile devices

The article proves the necessity of establishing priority ranking of factors which influence the design process of the system software qualityof mobile devices. The semantic network has been developed and described by means of predicate language that reflects the structure and nature of semantic relationships between factors. Weight values and the corresponding factor level have been calculated by hierarchy analysis method using a reachability matrix and by ranking method on the basis of partial construction of hierarchies. The multilevel models of factors priority impact on the quality of the design process of the system software for mobile devices have been synthesized.
