Artificial Intelligence Use Policy

1.1. The use of artificial intelligence tools in the preparation of scientific materials for the journal “Polygraphy and Publishing” must be transparent, responsible, and compliant with the principles of academic integrity.

1.2. Authors are required to disclose the use of generative or analytical artificial intelligence systems if such tools have been used for text preparation, translation, editing, image generation, data processing, or other elements of the manuscript.

1.3. Artificial intelligence systems may not be listed as authors of a scientific article, as they do not bear legal or ethical responsibility for the content of the publication.

1.4. Regardless of the use of artificial intelligence tools, authors bear full responsibility for the content of the article, the accuracy of facts, the reliability of data, the validity of conclusions, and the proper citation of sources.

1.5. Undisclosed or concealed use of artificial intelligence systems, where it affects academic integrity, transparency of authorship, or the reliability of the material, may constitute grounds for editorial action.
