Publication Fee Policy

1.1. The conditions for submission, review, and publication of articles in the journal “Polygraphy and Publishing” must be transparent and publicly available on the official website of the journal.

1.2. If submission, peer review, editorial processing, or publication of articles is free of charge for authors, this must be explicitly stated on the journal’s website.

1.3. If the journal charges any submission, editorial, or publication fees, the website must provide full information regarding:

• the amount of the fee;
• the grounds for charging the fee;
• the stage at which payment is required;
• the payment procedure;
• conditions for fee waivers or discounts, if applicable.

1.4. The presence or absence of fees must not in any way influence the objectivity of editorial decisions regarding the acceptance or rejection of an article.
