1.1. The journal “Polygraphy and Publishing” ensures the preservation of electronic versions of published materials and maintains access to the archive of publications.
1.2. Archiving is carried out to ensure the long-term preservation of scientific content, maintain the integrity of the scholarly record, and guarantee access to previously published materials.
1.3. The editorial board implements organizational and technical measures for backup and protection of the journal’s electronic archive.
1.4. In the event of the journal’s discontinuation, the editorial board or the founder shall, within available capabilities, ensure the preservation of archival materials and access to them through electronic resources, library systems, or other forms of long-term storage.
