Specifics of design of algorithmic management system of information processes in social networks

The article is dedicated to the problems of modern information processes transition occurring in online social networks, from the format of web 3.0 to web 4.0. Fundamentals of the following format web 4.0, according to specialized researchers, will be formed on the basis of information processes management automation and artificial intelligence systems that are based on laws of swarm intelligence (borrowed from the animal). The author believes that in the future these conceptual aspects should be adapted to key information processes of online network environment.
